By following the system of creation, in 6 phases AEY builds on the primordial waters of nun. The primordial waters being the place within, where all information comes from, godly/universal information; if you will.  The process of AEY leads the practitioner through the birth of their spirit (breath) after Sehu Pose (Mummy) to hero or spirit person (Ausar).
